The Catalan tourism agency promotes Latin American interest in Catalonia

The Catalan Tourism Agency (ACT) inaugurated today the Reverse days in LATAM in Barcelona, ​​​​an essential event to promote the Catalan tourist offer in Latin American markets. This meeting brings together 75 operators and travel agents from countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, giving them the opportunity to explore the best of Catalonia.

Activities and experiences

Participants enjoyed a series of technical visits to emblematic places of cultural, food and wine interest, including the Joan Miró Foundation, the Palau de la Música and the Juvé & Camps quarries. These activities are designed to highlight the cultural and gastronomic richness of Catalonia, while promoting more sustainable and responsible tourism.

Focus on quality tourism

The conference not only focuses on tourism relocation, but also seeks to attract a traveler profile that values ​​high-quality experiences. With this strategy, the ACT aims to increase the connection between tourists and medium-high consumption, contributing to the economic and social development of the region.

The event also serves as a platform for 67 companies, including 17 Catalans, who will market their services and experiences directly to buyers.
